Let's Talk About Board Construction Methods..."Knowledge is Power"   Here is the TRUTH about SUP & Surf Chambered Construction-Hand Laid Construction 1.  Custom Shaping:  Because our boards are hand shaped, we can custom size any board for any request.  What you see isn't always what you can end up with.  If you want it thinner or thicker, but keeping the same linear shape, it can be done.  2.  Resin Distribution:  Hand laying epoxy resins are more evenly spread and distributed.  Every inch of the board will see an even proportion of resin, therefore, there are less chance of a section that does not get enough or too much resin, causing delamination.  3.  Hand Laid Process:  Hand shaped process is a room temperature process through-out.  The EPS core is already formed to a dense solid one piece from chambered construction.  Then sealed with sun dry epoxy resin.  This process does not cause the EPS to expand or contract. 4.  Solid One Piece:  All hand laid and shaped boards are solid one piece construction. 5.  Art:  Having a hand shaped board is keeping the tradition of the "art in surfing".  Everything is hand shaped and hand laid by human hands.  Art in surfing comes first as a vision, then an idea, then that idea is constructed with hand and craftsmanship, then testing, and the result is a proven vision.
